Welcome candidates with call center / customer service experience
• Deal with authorization requests related to cardholders up to the credit limit set for purchases and cash advances.
• Handle reporting lost card for VISA, MasterCard and UnionPay Card.
• Monitor account’s activities to detect possible fraud transaction.
- Diploma graduate with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in credit card authorization field
- Good credit sense and sound knowledge of VISA, MasterCard and UnionPay operation.
- Be customer oriented with good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work off-hours / shift duty.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably proficiency in Putonghua
- Knowledge of PC software application (Word, Excel)
