Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and designing of organizational structure and job rank system
  • Assist in developing and improving the company’s human resource structure
  • Coordinate other departments to maximize the human resource efficiency in order to fulfill the company’s development needs
  • Responsible for managing organization and job position setting as well as conducting job analysis and job evaluation
  • Enhance communication with Group Head Office to promote group integration
  • Take up ad-hoc assignments or projects assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline, familiar with local human resource policies is a must
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with deep understanding of HR practice in banking / financial sector, some training management experience is preferred
  • Strong project management, communication and problem solving skills
  • Proactive, able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
  • Team player with the capability to work with all level of staff
  • Good command of spoken written Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese is preferred
