Assistant Manager to Manager, Talent Management

Human Resources Department

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end talent cycle from talent identification to talent development
  • Initiate and implement talent management projects based on business strategy
  • Assess the talent gaps and suggest actions needed to strengthen the talent bench and pipelines
  • Manage the delivery of talent or leadership development program with talent specialists and in partnership with learning team
  • Advise, tailor or coach individuals to their fullest potentials based on various development tools or development plans
  • Facilitate the conception and propose practical talent development strategies and plans
  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate or above
  • Minimum 3 years’ solid talent management or HR Business partner experience in banking or financial industry
  • Experience in strategic business planning and project management is preferred
  • Multi-task, able to drive multiple projects simultaneously and be prepared to roll up the sleeves to deliver practical results
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
