Our client, a major Chinese financial institution, is looking for HR candidates to join its Business Partner team.
- Provide professional and independent human resources business partnership/ advisory and recruitment service to business units in HK Office.
- Ensure all HR activities are in full compliance with the Company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Degree holder.
- 3 to 5 years’ work experience in financial industry gained in Hong Kong, with proven ability in providing HR business partnership and recruitment service in an efficient and effective manner.
- Familiar with HK employment related regulations.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
- Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-minded.
