Our client, a major Chinese financial institution, is looking for HR candidates to join its Business Partner team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and independent human resources business partnership/ advisory and recruitment service to business units in HK Office.
  • Ensure all HR activities are in full compliance with the Company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder.
  • 3 to 5 years’ work experience in financial industry gained in Hong Kong, with proven ability in providing HR business partnership and recruitment service in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Familiar with HK employment related regulations.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
  • Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-minded.
