We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Business Analyst .

Principal responsibilities

  • ​ To deliver key initiatives and support the growth of Pension business within HSBC Security Services
  • To conduct in depth requirement analysis, prepare business specification, compile test cases and support business testing
  • To lead medium sized project implementation from request initiation to completion
  • To provide clear analysis on the main business driver, benefit and cost on business initiatives.
  • To provide clear resolution on business issue and propose solution based on a solid knowledge foundation
  • To collaborate with the major stakeholders, drive an informed decision and mobilize the resources across towards the agreed deliveries
  • Identify areas of business that can benefit by business reengineering, and manage the implementation.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • ​Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or other related discipline.
  • Solid Business Analyst experience with proven track records
  • Solid domain knowledge and business analysis experience in Finance and Banking industry. Pension, Transfer Agency, Fund Administrator knowledge are highly preferable.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology infrastructure and software development will be useful but not essential
  • Able to conduct in depth analysis, articular the big picture and provide granular details
  • Conscious of the potential operational risk
  • Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
