Assistant Manager, Resourcing and Onboarding Operations - Human Resources

Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Resourcing and Onboarding Operations, Human Resources

Principal responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Hong Kong Head of Resourcing and Onboarding, this role will support service delivery for the recruitment department
  • Coordinate department daily operational duties while improving related controls and efficiencies for example access and resource provisioning, regular reports, audits, third party risk management and low cost procurement
  • Coordinate HR system case delegation and Taleo requisition management
  • Support to Resourcing and Onboarding in house recruiters and act as a recruitment coordinator
  • Project support for Resourcing and Onboarding Operations led initiatives
  • Support country Resourcing and Onboarding Operations manager with risk and control requests for in house and vendor teams
  • Customized reporting, other coordination duties, and ad hoc collaboration with regional partners such as within HR and other business partners
  • Support local and regional risk and control, issue, and remediation plan management and oversight ad-hoc activities


  • Recent or direct experience in service delivery administration capacity or HR operations
  • General understanding of recruitment and abilities of navigating Risk and Compliance, Procurement processes within large organizations
  • Proven skills with process documentation and process design mapping is an advantage
  • Common sense, result oriented approach with a bottom line and process improvement and simplification demeanor is important
  • Ability to work independently and as well as a strong teammate with a can do demeanor
  • Experience with Taleo, SuccessFactors, Avature and other Applicant Tracking Systems is an advantage
