Assistant Manager, Corporate Affairs

To support managers in driving overall Corporate Communications strategy including internal and external communications, event management, material production and coordination. Maintain media list, media reports clips, press releases and manage compliance review processes.

Job Responsibilities

Media Relations
  • Daily media monitoring, coverage report and distribution
  • Social listening and monitoring report maintenance
  • Media enquiry coordination

Corporate Communications Support
  • Support editorial development and translation of corporate communications materials
  • Support and coordinate internal communications
  • Manage production and distribution of media/corporate premium

Events Support
  • Assist in the execution of media and PR launch events
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events
  • Liaise and coordinate with vendors
  • Track and measure programme results

Admin Support
  • Support and facilitate internal approval processes
  • Maintain corporate information and compile PR reports

Job Requirements
  • University graduates, preferably in communications, journalism, marketing or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in positions with communications responsibilities, supporting and executing PR strategies
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, organized and committed to excellence
  • Strong time- and project-management skills, including an ability to meet multiple deadlines by maintaining a high level of organization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team player
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of creative and print production preferred but not essential
