Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure. Responsibilities
To perform phone dunning to delinquent customers To understand customers' financial difficulties and negotiate with customers on repayment arrangement To resolve customer's enquiries and complaints To comply with the Bank's and regulatory requirements on risk and control Perform auto-dialer calling and manual dunning Understand debtors' financial issues and negotiate with them on repayment arrangement Achieve the KPI established for collection calling Provide best customer Service Ensure all operation processes are complied with internal and external guidelines and requirements Requirements
Minimum 5 year's collection experience in Consumer Credit Collection/ Customer Service University graduate or equivalent OR Secondary education plus 5 years or above experience on consumer banking Good communication and negotiation skills Able to handle and solve complaints Good PC Knowledge: Excel, Word Customer expectation management and conflict resolution Able to express oneself in a clear manner Apply Now
