Assistant Manager, Card Growth & Cobrand Partnership
Job Purpose:

To manage and grow the portfolio of DSB credit card through effective business and marketing strategies to deliver business performance in terms of net customer growth, cobrand partnership management, and new product delivery

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs, product development or card acquisition campaigns to deliver business targets
  • Work closely with cobrand partners on program implementation and day-to-day collaboration
  • Coordinate with internal parties, partners, or vendors to deliver marketing campaigns in a quality and timely manner
  • Co-operate with different channels such as e-channel team, telesales and branch to monitor and manage their performance on card acquisition
  • Liaise with advertising agency and to produce quality marketing collateral (including webpage maintenance)
  • Monitor campaign response and prepare the program result tracking
  • Budget and expenses management (including invoice settlement)

Incumbent Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
  • With at least 3 years of experience in marketing
  • Experience in product management of retail banking or credit card products is preferable
  • Strong interpersonal skill, good team player and detail oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
