This position is responsible for businsess development for the APAC team. You will also be responsible for supporting the Head of APAC Business Development in selling efforts across the APAC region, with own quota to be attained by leveraging earlier relationships to clients including M&A support, ECM, DCM, loans support, Risk & Compliance report, Commercial lending, etc.

About Our Client

Our client is an International Consulting Firm for Investors and Financial Services. To cope with their expansion in Asia Pacific, they are now looking for an Assistant Director, Business Development for APAC team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for businsess development for the APAC team
  • Support the Head of APAC Business Development in selling efforts across the APAC region, with own quota to be attained by leveraging earlier relationships to clients including M&A support, ECM, DCM, loans support, Risk & Compliance report, Commercial lending, etc.
  • Ensure complete client coverage by calling upon the support matter specialists and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Global Business Management/ Statistics or any related disciplines
  • 4+ years of experience in Investment Relations, Investment Research or Commercial Lending from a leading organization
  • Good knowledge in Financial Services landscape
  • Good networking in Banking or Lending
  • Solid experience of presenting and marketing to senior clients or at senior levels
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and strong negotiation skills - as is the essential to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
