Responsibilities

  • Support a full spectrum of company secretarial and compliance duties for the Company and its subsidiaries;
  • Assist in preparing interim/annual reports, circulars, announcements as well as handling administrative matters;
  • Assist in organizing board/shareholders’ meetings, including preparing meeting materials;
  • Maintain effective filing and retrieval systems for all company records;
  • Assist in clerical and various tasks assigned and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • More than 4 years relevant experience in company secretarial affairs in professional firm or listed company;
  • Member of ICSA/HKICS preferred;
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin);
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Chinese Word Processing;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
