Responsibilities
Perform receptionist role for Corporate & Commercial Banking segment
Provide a full range of administrative support including office renovation and repair work; fixed assets administration and equipment maintence
Manage meeting room and conference room bookings
Maintain stock and procurement of laboratory supplies, stationery, and other office suppplies
Maintain a hygienic and safe office space by coordinating with the cleaning lady, vendors and contractors
Handle monthly business reporting
Act as a Training Coordinator to follow up front office staff's taining enrolment & license renewal
Act as a PC Coordinator to follow up PC related setting for staff (hardware and software) with IT Support
Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in banking
Receptionist / customer service experience is preferred
Administrative working experience is a competitive advantage
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Helpful, responsible, pleasant, friendly and customer service oriented
Detail-minded with "Can Do" attitude and well-organised
Well versed in MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Chinese Word Processing
Good in written Chinese and English. Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
