Assistant Business Administration Manager, Wholesale Banking

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist role for Corporate & Commercial Banking segment
• Provide a full range of administrative support including office renovation and repair work; fixed assets administration and equipment maintence
• Manage meeting room and conference room bookings
• Maintain stock and procurement of laboratory supplies, stationery, and other office suppplies
• Maintain a hygienic and safe office space by coordinating with the cleaning lady, vendors and contractors
• Handle monthly business reporting 
• Act as a Training Coordinator to follow up front office staff's taining enrolment & license renewal
• Act as a PC Coordinator to follow up PC related setting  for staff (hardware and software) with IT Support
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in banking 
• Receptionist / customer service experience is preferred
• Administrative working experience is a competitive advantage
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Helpful, responsible, pleasant, friendly and customer service oriented
• Detail-minded with "Can Do" attitude and well-organised
• Well versed in MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Chinese Word Processing
• Good in written Chinese and English. Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
