Application Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for products, investigate the root cause and drive solution for sustainable enhancement, optimization and automation.
  • Perform routine product operational tasks including batch & ad hoc duties.
  • Provide documentation for system support, changes, new features/functionalities.
  • Prepare regular reports on the system performance and incident cases.
  • Perform system monitoring and performance checking, maintain high system availability and stability.
  • Support beyond office hour could be needed.

Role requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in the online industry, preferably with experience in travel industry and good business acumen.
  • Good technical skills with scripting languages. (MySQL and T-SQL)
  • Familiar with SAP Business Objects.
  • Advanced Excel skills. (v-lookup, Pivot table)
  • Knowledge in cloud-based system infrastructure.
  • Responsible and independent good team player with self-motivation and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese.
