Application Support Specialist
- Provide technical support for products, investigate the root cause and drive solution for sustainable enhancement, optimization and automation.
- Perform routine product operational tasks including batch & ad hoc duties.
- Provide documentation for system support, changes, new features/functionalities.
- Prepare regular reports on the system performance and incident cases.
- Perform system monitoring and performance checking, maintain high system availability and stability.
- Support beyond office hour could be needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in the online industry, preferably with experience in travel industry and good business acumen.
- Good technical skills with scripting languages. (MySQL and T-SQL)
- Familiar with SAP Business Objects.
- Advanced Excel skills. (v-lookup, Pivot table)
- Knowledge in cloud-based system infrastructure.
- Responsible and independent good team player with self-motivation and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese.
