Key Areas of Responsibilities

1. Daily trading operations support for various trading desks of High Touch & Low Touch cash Equities, SWAP desk and F&O desk.
2. FIX testing & certifications of FIX clients, FIX vendors, FIX brokers, internal & external dark & lit pools & exchanges.
3. Work with infra teams to setup connectivity between external parties with the firm and able to maintain FIX network relationship.
4. Lead Support Analyst will also be working in shifts to support Asia / US and Europe markets.
5. Perform other trade support functions when needed.

Requirements

1. Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline(s)
2. 5+ years of experience in trading support / connectivity support, with strong exposure to FIX technology preferred (experience in FIX certification and client on-boarding is advantageous, preferably in Broker / Dealer environment)
3. Exposure to Cameron FIX or Appia or other FIX engines is preferred
4. Excellent knowledge of Cash Equity business, SWAP, Future & Options business in a DMA/DSA, Agency and Program trading environment
5. Good understanding of Trade Flow systems needed for DMA/DSA trade booking especially in ID markets like CONNECT, Korea, Taiwan and India
6. Good knowledge of exchange rules of Asian markets
7. Good understanding of Order Management Systems like Fidessa, Flextrade etc
8. Good understanding of Front end systems like Bloomberg, ITG etc.
9. Good exposure in FIX testing tools like VeriFIX is preferred
10. Good exposure in FIX monitoring tools like KIBANA, Grafana, Logstash, Elastic search, ITRS, etc. is preferred
11. Good exposure in change & incident management tools like SNOW
12. Must be self-starter and be able to work independently
13. Excellent communications skills in English and the ability to interact with Vendors and Traders

Technology skills

1. Knowledge in FIX protocol (FIX versions 4.0, 4.1, 4.2 etc.) and automated tools is preferred
2. Knowledge in ORACLE (user level)
3. Knowledge in Unix and Shell scripting
4. Programming knowledge of Java, Python will be value addition
5. Awareness of SRE concepts is an added advantage
