As a leading investment bank in China and Hong Kong region, the investment banking arm of Bank of China, BOC International Holdings Limited (“BOCI”), is now seeking highly motivated, creative and success-oriented professional who would like to pursue the career for supporting our capital market business.

This position will be 12-month renewable contract under agency payroll.


  • Monitor the related IT systems and facilities in production by conduct regular health check, rehearsal, upgrade and etc;
  • Troubleshoot, manage and escalate IT incident or problem according to the procedures and provide IT services delivery, change, incident management and support to all applications;
  • Good communication on issue, issue management and problem management vertically and horizontally;
  • Successful service delivery - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Working with development team and infrastructure team to identify and manage service improvement activities;
  • Ability to follow hardware and software best practices as defined by the Managed services management;
  • Maintain documentation, develop necessary tool to enhance the support efficiency;
  • Discuss and comment on cutover approach with other IT teams;
  • Work with other IT teams to prepare deployment schedule and work out the deployment resources arrangement;
  • Identify potential conflict among planned deployment and ensure the entry criteria for the production deployment is met;
  • Ensuring the production system highly available with minimal interruption, prepare all necessary documents and/or the tasks on any IT changes, manage and/or troubleshoot the end-to-end incident across different teams, escalate the incident or problem according to the preset procedures;
  • System daily health check, data extraction, user account maintenance, review and formulate the related IT Services strategies and policies and manage the release to production environments;
  • Review of the rollout and fallback plans to ensure the deployment is doable;
  • Deploy software to production according to the rollout plan;
  • Responsible for application account creation, update and revoke;
  • Clarify with end user on the request for application account creation, update and revoke


  • Business domain for front-office and back-office known-how is preferred
  • Hand-on experience on IT application development and deployment, quality control or production support is a plus
  • Provide platform support to the business and IT team
  • Develop, prepare, and update user manuals, training, and marketing materials
  • Troubleshoot using analytical and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve problems speedily
  • Follow all the Firm's policies and procedures and service level agreements
  • Self-motivated, strong troubleshooting skill and work independent
