Job description

We are looking for an experienced Assoiciate Director/ Senior Business Development Manager (Partnership) to drive strategic partnerships and business growth for AlipayHK.

This role will focus on expanding AlipayHK's payment ecosystem across key online industries. The successful candidate will build strong partnerships, create scalable business models, and deliver growth in transaction volume, merchant coverage, user adoption, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and market expansionDevelop and execute strategies to expand AlipayHK's presence in key industries, turning successful business cases into scalable growth opportunities.

• Lead senior-level discussions and negotiations with large enterprises, industry leaders, government-related organizations, and key associations.

• Design and promote integrated solutions combining payment, digital marketing, mini-programs, data tools, and other AlipayHK capabilities.

• Work with ISVs, SaaS providers, acquiring partners, brands, and other ecosystem players to create mutual business value.

• Work closely with Product, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth and compliant project delivery.

Job Requirement

- Minimum 12 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, key account sales, commercial transformation, or industry solutions.

- Proven track record in driving business growth, large-scale partnerships, and market expansion.

- Strong commercial sense and ability to design practical business models.

- Excellent senior stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

- Experience scaling new business initiatives from pilot stage to wider market adoption.

- Strong knowledge of digital payments, mobile wallets, SaaS, digital marketing, user growth, and internet ecosystems.

- Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Results-driven, proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with C-Suite and senior executives.

- Experience in fintech, digital payments, internet platforms, SaaS, or digital marketing solutions is preferred.

- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work under pressure in a high-growth technology environment.
