An exciting opportunity to become a member of a leading global insurance provider as the Manager of Customer Analytics . The jobholder will take the lead role in identifying business trends, providing customer insights, establishing operation efficiency and ensuring service standards are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Design, prepare and review reports on business performance analysis
  • Increase customer engagement and improve customer satisfaction
  • Present analysis and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Provide customer insights and improvement strategies
  • Analyze and resolve problems, issues and concerns 

Requirement

  • 8+ years' experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of SQL and statistic modelling
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
