Our client, a growing Private Bank is looking for an Analyst to perform Management Information for their KYC team. It is a newly created headcount and involved highly on advisory and project related roles. Ideal candidate will have around 3 years of MI reporting experience within KYC sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide production and collation of Management Information to ensure timely tracking of account closures which have been classified for exit under the current process
  • Support the PB KYC team on MI reporting to ensure follow up on all risk and compliance issues in a timely manner, ensuring escalation to the appropriate persons or governance forum, where required
  • Take a proactive approach and work closely with team members to identify areas of efficiency on existing Client Due Diligence work flow processes needed and provide solutions to make adjustments and improvements to increase productivity and efficiency on an end to end basis
  • Regularly engage with appropriate departments to maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issue raised by external regulators

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Around 3 years experience in MI Reporting for KYC
  • Knowledge of financial services, financial crime compliance and the external regulatory and industry environment
  • Good communication skills including the capacity to articulate the case for risk management in the language of business
  • Well organised and demonstrates sound problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Internet Explorer
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Ability to work comfortably in a multi function team and with management and all levels of staff
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with flexibility to accommodate changing environment and willingness to take on new responsibilities
