Functional Overview   
 
AEJ Operations supports the Global Markets and Wealth Management businesses for Operations activities including Middle Office, Sales Support, KYC, Client Onboarding, Shared Services, Data Management and Change Management.

 
Job description   
 

This role sits within the Business Management Function and its purpose is to provide competent administration support to the Operations Senior Management Team and other Team Leads whilst also picking up other ad hoc / project work as required.
•Provide business analytics and administrative support to Operations Team
•Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, conference calls, video conferences, trainings etc.  Schedule management of managers as required
•Arrange business trips and Handle Travel & Expense reimbursement claim submission for regional management team
•Assist in the Preparation of Town Hall Materials, Newsletters, Regional Organization Announcements
•Assist in logistics around real estate management
•Undertake ad hoc initiatives and business analysis required by the team
•Coordinate Office Management Logistics such as stationery

 
Key Experience & Skills   
 
•Excellent Skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) are essential
•Minimum 2 years’ of experience, preferred in multinational companies, banking or financial institutions
•Proficient listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English
•Well-organized with maturity and flexibility in supporting various activities
•Have strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
•Flexible to work as a team and also be able to work independently
•Well-organized with ability to multitask
•Ability to remain calm under pressure
