Analyst/Associate of PE Investment

Responsibilities

• Conduct Financial modelling, Corporate Operational and Financial Analysis
• Collect real-time market information, help to conduct financial advisory to the management, including due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, transaction document negotiation & drafting and closing
• Prepare timely professional research reports / presentation materials upon market and industry movement on sectors including but not limited to high-end manufacturing, chip technology and semiconductor
• Work with internal and external parties to optimize the operation flow
• Perform ad-hoc projects as required

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering, Economics, Investment, Finance or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years working experience of equity analysis in high-end manufacturing, chip technology and semiconductor in asset management, PE, investment banking or relevant financial institutions are preferred
• Strong analysis, presentation and modelling skills
• Result-oriented and willing to work under high pressure
• With professional working attitude, willing to take on multiple functions
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
