Our client is a technology Conglomerate. We are looking for an analyst/Associate under M&A team. Preferably ToB, Consumer or Healthcare background, 2-5 years' experience.
Job Duties:
- Leading industry research analysis
- Perform whole investment process, including target evaluation, due diligence, negotiations, structuring deal terms and execution for sizable deals;
- Building a broad network, sourcing and driving deals;
Requirements:
- Strong interest in investment
- Solid understanding of financial models and the investment models
- Positive working attitude, a strong drive for change, team-oriented;
- Top-tier Bachelor, Master and/or PhD degree(s);
- 2-5 years of work experience in top PE/VC, IBD, consulting etc.
- Fluency in English and Chinese
