Company Profile

Our client is a reputable, strong branded bank that provides various wide arrays of corporate banking products to enterprise worldwide. They are now seeking a talent to join at their Planning team for departmental data management and developing business strategy in line with the departmental as well as the branch’s goals and objectives.

Exciting New Role for You

You will be in charge of data management for the department, including following up the departmental business performance, pipeline management, Loan and Deposit balance control, RWA management, etc;  You will support in devising departmental strategy; prepare necessary data and reports for the management as well as relevant parties, such as monthly report, monthly meeting materials for Section Heads and other reports to Head Office, and provide relevant analysis. Sales forecasting and internal negotiation in order to support planning function and ensure smooth operations for the department.

Requirements

• Strong at data management with advanced computer skills and familiar with Excel, VBA and PowerPoint;
• VBA skill is highly advantage
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Banking;
• Willing to learn attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Be accurate and attentive to details, with strong numerical and analytical skills;
• Be able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Japanese; Mandarin is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Business or related disciplines;
