About the Role

An internship to provide support on training digitalization, analytics and daily operation to the BTDD that contribute to the achievement of agency business targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of eLearning content
• Support the creation and editing of multimedia materials, including video production and visual assets.
• Provide administrative support for eLearning projects as needed.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Higher Diploma or bachelor's degree in design, Educational Technology, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Passion for innovative eLearning solutions and leveraging AI technologies to improve content delivery and learner engagement.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Vyond, HeyGen) is a plus.
• A curious and proactive mindset, with enthusiasm for staying ahead of trends in digital learning.
