Provide general administration and office service for the Company; Assist to organize Company events and staff relations programs, e.g. annual dinner function, birthday party etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Admin team to provide general administration and office service for the Company, e.g. office renovation, procurement and supplies, office equipment maintenance etc.
  • Handle the expense claims for the team;
  • Assist to organize Company events and staff relations programs, e.g. annual dinner function, birthday party etc.
  • Order stationery and other office supplies;
  • Other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder of related disciplines in Administration Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years clerical experience;
  • Related experience in financial industry (Chinese enterprise preferred) is an advantage;
  • Ability to work effectively within a broader Group structure;
  • A good team player with positive working attitude, passion for continuous improvement to meet with the growing business needs, can work under pressure and tight schedule;
  • Proactive, responsible and flexible with an outgoing and pleasant personality;
  • Detailed minded and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
  • Well verse in MS Office (including Words, Excel, and Powerpoint) and Chinese typing skills;
  • Good communication in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English;
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
