Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Regional Head of Technology, including managing outlook calendars, system application, organizing travel arrangement, processing T&E expenses
  • Provide administrative support to APAC Technology Team. Assist senior executives in preparing documents, minutes and presentation for business initiatives, projects, committees and working groups
  • Responsible for representing the Technology team execute on critical initiatives relating to Premises Management, Expense Management, Business Continuity planning, and Management Reporting needs
  • Administrative support would include, but not to limited to the following:
  • Co-ordinate meetings and events including team member function, town-hall, team off-site meeting, workshops, and internal/external visitor events
  • Office physical access management for travelling managers and visitors from overseas
  • Manage leave record for the department
  • Support and execute various business initiatives, ongoing oversight and follow through implementation of programs assigned
  • Business Management Support – Provide support in various Business Management Activities as required, such as Information Collation and Management Report Preparation by MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in secretarial/administration, preferably in banking industry
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and strong problem solving skills
  • Good coordination skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to change, perform under pressure and work independently
