Hiring manager is the sole securities arm of a prestigious PRC fiduciary conglomerate. The incumbent will be responsible for all-round office administration duties and closely cooperate with PRC headquarter.The location is Central, Hong Kong.
- Perform all-round office administration duties such as equipment maintenance, replenishment of office supplies, purchasing and etc.
- Assist in organizing company events and staff activities
- Perform day-to-day operations of all document processing, including data checking, document filling an departmental repots
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned and perform other duties as assigned by Department head
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years’ solid experience in administration;
- Detail-minded, energetic, adaptable with good organization skills;
- Able to work independently and as a team;
- Good command of English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
