Administration Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the team for providing general office services, including mailing, printing, document delivery and office supplies; and ensure the services provided up to the internal customers' satisfaction
  • Monitor the services provided by the contractors attaining the agreed performance level and ensure responsive measures are carried out when situations change
  • Collaborate with the related departments of the Group and ensure the related policies of the Group are implemented properly in the Company
  • Manage and control the office expenses for the Company, prepare the timely expenditure reports, and ensure the expenditures are within the approved budget
  • Manage the office equipment inventory, keep accurate record and perform reviews according to the company's rules and regulations
  • Responsible for implementing "Green Office" in the Company
  • Co-ordinate and communicate with user departments closely to ensure quality administrative services are provided

Requirements:
  • University graduate or above
  • Minimum 7 years' relevant working experience in office administration field
  • Good communication, motivational and coaching skills
  • Good customer service, proactive and responsive to changes
  • Detail-minded, diligent and independent
  • Excellent command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately availability preferred
