Job Description

• Providing administrative support to one of the banking department, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Handling correspondence and preparing reports or presentations as required.
• Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense claims.
• Maintaining and organizing departmental files and documentation.
• Assisting with event planning and logistics for internal and external meetings.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
• Providing support in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the team.
• Liaising with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.

The Successful Applicant

• A background in administrative or secretarial support, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
