Responsibilities

  • Establish and enhance policies & procedures/guidelines for CBG business operations and consumer banking products/services (i.e. Banking, Investment & Insurance) to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements & corporate guidelines and control.
  • Regular review of operation manuals, identify areas for continuous improvement to ensure effectiveness and sufficient control are in place
  • Provide operational requirement for system enhancement to automate manual processes and build in control
  • Prepare and maintain documentation to protect the interest to both the Bank and customer with compliance to corporate & regulatory requirements
  • Participate and support NPA process from CBG business operation perspective
  • Work closely with but not limited to Compliance, Audit, CSS and COO office on internal control review, audit and regulatory examination
  • Participate and support major projects that have impact on business operation processes and procedures


Requirements

  • 8 or more years in consumer &/or private banking policies & procedures or equivalent
  • 5 or more years in supervisory management preferred
  • University graduate or equivalent
