AVP, Insurance Process & Control
Responsibilities: - Manage insurance end-to-end sales process; ensure it is complied with internal and regulatory standards
- Drive and implement any changes in internal policies in accordance to global/ regional requirements
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the execution of new process with appropriate control procedure in place
- Manage all business and operation manuals of the department as well as insurance partners
- Engage in all audit activities and related reporting
Qualifications: - University graduate major in Business Management/Finance
- Over 5 yearsworking experience in insurance/banking industry
- Familiar with regulatory requirements
- Independent, excellent analytical and good interpersonal andcommunication skills
- Demonstrate ability to work independently under aggressive timelines
- Strong business acumen and project management skills
