AVP - WMO Structured Products and Bond
Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the projects and parameter maintenance in a central intelligent unit for Consumer Banking Operations, Contact Center and Wealth Management Operations. Lead and drive operations initiatives for continual improvements about customer and employee journeys, demand management, process straight through and digitalization, operations transformation, coordinate user acceptance test and system implementations. Apply b est practice and sourcing innovation ideas among consumer operations and customer centre and partners with BU/SU. Take ownership for project deliveries. Coordinate multiple projects from proof of concept, Pilot Run, management buy-in, business case endorsement, testing/defect management, production execution and post implementation support. Liaise with technology and business partners, and working with various business & operations teams for process, product & technical issues. Organize teams to facilitate and ensure timely completion of all necessary work in product development timelines, test plans, production and delivery plans, quality assurance standards, and track performances with business goals. Manage product life cycle activities to enhance product value and customer satisfaction. Budget/Resource management. Prepare all kinds of project documents and provide timely update and presentation to stakeholders and project committee. Requirements:
- University graduated / Degree holder in Banking and Finance or related disciplines
- At least 5 years hands-on experience in account opening and administration where at least 3 years in managerial role Investment Products knowledgeable with 5 years hands-on experience on Investment Products settlement, especially on structured products, OTC derivatives, Fixed Income products and relevant operation supports where should have acted as people manager for 3 years at least. Private banking knowledge is preferable. Digital mindset and experience in Avaloq would be an advantage Excellent Investment Product knowledge, especially on structured products with equity, fixed income, interest rate and FX underlying Knowledge on regulatory requirement for investment products settlement, understanding of accounting concept, trade settlement & process re-engineering Strong awareness on operation risks and controls mindset with strong market operation knowledge.
