We Offer

  • Provide day-to-day support for applications used by Front office users in the Equities Cash business, primarily but not limited to Program Trading users.
  • Manage critical system issues and lead investigations to resolve problems following the incident management process
  • Instruments end to end monitoring of infrastructures to ensure system readiness and timely alerting of potential issues
  • Drive root cause on all incidents, avoiding repeat occurrences by partnering with development and infrastructure team to resolve gaps
  • Manage production readiness, ensuring all changes are processed per the Change Management policies and procedures
  • Improve efficiency through evaluating the risks and opportunities in our day to day job
  • Drive automation agenda, including identify and remediate manual/low value activities and misaligned tasks

You Offer
  • Expert knowledge of Equities Cash Client Trading and Executions
  • Experienced the high-demanding environment of the trade floor
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical problem solving skills - as well as written and verbal communication
  • Understanding of ITIL (Problem management / Change management) processes
  • Proficient in Linux, FIX Protocol and SQL
  • VBA / Macro / Shell / Perl / Python to an advanced level to automate processes
  • Monitoring and Log management tools e.g. Autosys, Control-M, Geneos, Kibana, Splunk, being a benefit
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical or business area
