APAC Treasury and Trade Solutions - Business Manager - Vice President
To support the Asia TTS COO in formulating business strategies to facilitate the underlying growth, drive new initiatives and improve business processes across the region. In particular, the key responsibilities are:
  • Understand and review AP TTS P&L vs targets together with Finance colleagues. Analyze trends, determine actions and work with regional product heads in implementing these actions.
  • Formulate Expense and Productivity initiatives based on in-depth expense analysis; Implement and monitor those vs productivity targets.
  • Analyze and understand Charge Out expense (allocations), formulate a framework to monitor drivers, including headcount which determine key changes in allocations. Establish an environment of "no surprise" in allocation expenses.
  • Identify leading performance indicators and other drivers to support TTS AP ExCo decisions in time of frequent change and complex operating environment.
  • Working with product, sales and implementation - formulate Must Win Battles and goals applicable across AP TTS population and effective ways to measure them. Incorporate the review vs targets in the regular management process with supporting materials.
  • Oversee governance, execution and timely closure of Data Quality Exceptions and the Issue Management & Resolution Process within the APAC region.
  • Understand and manage TTS AP HC within budget, work with HR to plan forward based on attrition and hiring needs analysis. Monitor and support the regional hiring process.
  • Assist in identifying & driving process improvement opportunities within TTS products, sales and implementation. 
  • Co-ordinate and lead multiple ad-hoc or planned projects within the COO Office.
  • Develop monthly reports and analytics used to identify revenue drivers and industry trends.
  • Deliver presentation materials (with high-end quality and originality) to support regional TTS Management's regular executive updates.
  • Assist the COO in driving the TTS Regional Management process per Operating calendar.
  • Generate ideas for improvements on how things are done within the COO office.

Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Strategic mindset that closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business
  • Experience with partnership management, business development, and strategic planning
  • Complex judgments and solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives
  • In-depth analysis with interpretive thinking will be required
  • Applies ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution for complicated and/or unique situations
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to develop materials including presentations for senior leadership
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and work with senior leaders across the organization Excellent organization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize within tight deadlines

  • Excellent project management skills

Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
