Direct Responsibilities
  • Support business / organizational / operational improvement projects as Project Manager / Smart PMO under the guidance of a Transformation Leader
  • Derive viable solutions through deep-dive analysis, problem solving, process/organization re-engineering
  • Support the execution phases of projects with Business Lines & Functions to secure end-to-end implementation
  • Manage or contribute to implementation of strategic initiatives (global, regional, country specific) under the guidance of a Transformation Leader
  • Facilitate the presentation of findings, pain points and design solutions and project status to Senior Management, Sponsors / Business, ITO & Functions' Stakeholders
Contributing Responsibilities
  • Contribution to BNPP operational permanent control and risk framework
  • Contribution and adherence to conduct and diversity & inclusion principles

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in Business Project Management, Transformation Programs and Process & Organization Consulting/re-engineering with businesses in BFSI
  • Experience in leading transversal business projects and/or transformation programs involving Front Office, Business Management, Risk, Legal, Compliance through to middle office and back office
  • Experience in leading Organization Consulting and Target Operating Model (Offshoring / Nearshoring / Smart-sourcing) projects
  • Candidates with knowledge of Corporate Banking and/or Global Market and/or Wealth Management and/or Securities/Asset Management and/or Insurance products and processes
  • Candidates with experience in management consulting will be considered
  • Strong planning, organization and stakeholder management skills
  • Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Focus on client satisfaction and impactful delivery of quality outputs to meet client expectations
  • T ravel in APAC countries may be required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP, Prince2)
  • Lean Six Sigma Belt - Green, Black, or Master - Desirable
