The Global Digital Team is a fast-growing function at BlackRock which seeks to engage a multi-trillion dollar audience of investors, advisors and institutions with our diverse range of investment products. We are at the center of a company-wide focus on expanding our footprint in the digital space, and we operate at the intersection of design, technology and data. We are building a product culture and are driving digital innovation across the domains of web, mobile apps, data models and analytics while simultaneously leading their implementation, scale and local adaptations globally.



 



Key responsibilities:



We are looking for a Vice President, APAC Digital Marketing to lead digital product management and strategic digital initiatives across Asia Pacific. The role will be based in Hong Kong. In this role you will:





  • Work with regional Marketing and business teams to build digital products for target clients

  • Serve as the product owner for key initiatives throughout their full lifecycle: from discovery and research, to concept, to roadmap, to build and measurement

  • Put the user experience at the heart of everything you do, leading with user research and evolving products based on testing and KPIs

  • Prioritize and manage a backlog, working in agile and navigating blockers when necessary

  • Communicate with key stakeholders across business, Compliance and product teams throughout the process

  • Manage agency relationships, working closely with developers and designers 

  • Identify KPIs and manage products around them, communicating results and adjusting strategy accordingly

  • Track and monitor industry developments and regional trends, and recommend new technologies to leverage

  • Drive regional digital initiatives, transforming ideas, business opportunities, research and creative vision into tangible experiences

Qualifications



·         4-6 years experience in a UX and/or product management role, preferably with knowledge of both fields



·         Substantial hands on experience in delivering a product at scale and evolving it over time



·         Deep expertise of the Asia Pacific market preferred



·         Knowledge of Agile and scrum, experience with workflow tools like Jira a plus



·         Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing software, Adobe Omniture preferred



·         Experience with prototyping software such as Invision, Sketch and Axure preferred





·         Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and the ability to interface directly with internal and external clients
