Your new role

• Review client documentation and account maintenance requests to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support account updates, closures, loan registrations, account type changes, and related administrative processes.
• Prepare client welcome packs, management reports, and business reporting.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve client servicing and documentation matters.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation repositories.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively.
