AI Engineering Lead
- Opportunity to work on a highly advanced enterprise Agentic AI initiative in Hong Kong

- Strong exposure to Agentic AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI governance, and monitoring
We are partnering with a leading international organisation that is investing heavily in AI and building production-grade solutions used across multiple markets.
The team is looking for an experienced AI Engineering Lead to help drive the future direction of its Agentic AI platform. Unlike a traditional LLM Engineer position, this role has a broader technical leadership focus, covering solution architecture, AI governance, agent monitoring, technical leadership, and future platform design.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant technology experience
- Strong experience delivering complex, production-ready AI solutions
- Strong solution architecture and system design capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, and LLM applications
- Ability to provide technical direction and contribute to future AI platform design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English; Chinese is a plus
