About the Role

We are a fast-growing research and technology firm, partnering with global clients who rely on advanced financial trading solutions. We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our high-performance automated trading platform and support systems.

This position is office-based and located in Greece or Cyprus .

You should bring strong technical skills, logical thinking, and a genuine enthusiasm for software engineering. The right person will enjoy tackling complex problems, collaborating with colleagues, and taking ownership of projects from idea to delivery. A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements are key.

We are open to applications from candidates with 1–2 years of experience , as well as motivated recent graduates who demonstrate strong potential and a desire to grow. Full training and mentorship will be provided to help you quickly build expertise.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another technical discipline
2. Proficiency in C++ or C#
3. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software development practices
4. Effective communication and teamwork abilities
5. Applications and interviews must be submitted in English

Nice to Have

1. Knowledge of Python
2. Familiarity with Linux tools, scripting, or basic system administration
