Our client is a strongly growing healthcare roll-up with a focus on ambulant care. It is one of the leading players in its niche. The firm is backed by an entrepreneurial investment company to support the further growth. They are now looking to expand their team with an ambitious Junior Finance Director. The position will be based in the holding in Munich. In this position, you will work directly with the management team.

  • Operational steering and controlling of the strongly growing business
  • Preparation of management reporting, planning and short and medium-term budget planning for the managing directors and the shareholders
  • Preparation of the consolidated financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) according to HGB
  • Preparation of the consolidated financial statements (debt, capital, expense and income) as well as initial consolidation for new firms according to HGB
  • Provide support and coaching to domestic subsidiaries in the fields of accounting and preparation of financial statements
  • Integration of newly acquired / set-up companies into the existing reporting structure
  • Implementing and developing accounting guidelines for the group
  • Controlling of bank loan requirements for bank reports
  • Main point of contact for the auditors (in the context of the consolidated financial statements)
  • Close interaction with the management team

  • Strong academic credentials, ideally with a focus on business administration, accounting, finance or controlling
  • Initial relevant work experience gained in the audit department of a professional services firm, preferably with additional experience in an operational controlling position
  • Past experience preparing annual and consolidated financial statements according to HGB
  • Good accounting / consolidation know-how (DATEV and LEXWARE), including HGB and tax accounting law
  • Experienced working with and supporting investments / subsidiaries in financial matters
  • Excellent MS Office skills (in particular Excel)
  • Strong analytical skills with an affinity for numbers
  • Self-starter, driven to excel in a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting
  • A pro-active and hands-on approach is essential to succeed in this position

  • Fluency in German and English is a must
