Our Corporate Finance Department focuses on key growth sectors including Technology, Media, Telecoms, Healthcare, Smart Industries, Specialty Retail and Business Services. Through its Corporate Finance practice, Bryan, Garnier & Co has become a leader in advising European growth companies on strategic finance transactions such as M&A, ECM, LBOs, Private Placements and other strategic transactions. In 2016, we advised 36 transactions in Technology and Healthcare with an Enterprise Value comprised of between €30m and €500m.

The team is a blend of international individuals having held senior executive positions in the industries on which we focus, seasoned investment bankers and former venture capitalists.

We are recruiting interns to support the growing activity of our Corporate Finance Department, in Munich.

Job description:

The intern’s work will include financial analyses and modelling, competitive analysis, production of client presentations including pitch books, teasers, confidential information memoranda & management presentations and assistance in the execution of transactions.
Bryan, Garnier & Co seeks accomplished professionals with strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Skills required:

The successful candidate should have excellent writing and verbal skills as well as a demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
Please note that fluency in German and English, a prior experience in investment banking and finance skills are desirable to apply for this position.


The ideal candidate will have an outstanding academic track record from a recognized college or university.

Beginning of Internship: March 1, 2018.
