Macquarie Asset Management Real Estate is seeking an Associate to support the COO and business leaders in their work in the best possible way.

As a business manager you will support the business leaders quickly and directly, creating board presentations and company analysis. You will be the communication interface between the business leaders, all departments in Macquarie Asset Management Real Estate and the Macquarie Group.

You will work closely with the business leaders on a daily basis, prepare meetings - from decision papers to presentations and speeches. You will be responsible for the preparation of budgets, forecasts and other financial overviews. You will represent the real estate team in group wide projects and take on own projects. To do this, you will familiarize yourself with a wide variety of topics.

In your collaboration with the business leaders, you will gain unique insights into the group and its strategy - as the right-hand (wo)man, you will enjoy the reputation and high visibility in the Real Estate Group.

If successful you will likely be a loyal co-thinker with a discreet working style.

You will likely have completed a university degree in law, business administration or have comparable degrees as well as a good basic understanding of numbers and accounting as well as a few years of working experience.

You will likely be flexible in terms of time and enjoy working on topics independently. You will be characterized by your organizational skills - actively and with a hands-on mentality, you deal with issues at short notice and set priorities accurately. You show understanding for the work of the departments and team spirit in meeting deadlines. Are you methodically familiar with the means of communication and in preparing presentations and moderations? Then you meet important requirements.

Ideally the following qualities are also important for this position: You will always be seen as a confident and friendly person and ideally have a high degree of discretion with a sense of responsibility as well as strong communication skills.
