About the Team We are hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager to work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, focused on scaling and operationalising our B2B2C business, where enterprise partners launch consumer-facing mobile products powered by 1GLOBAL's platform.
This role sits at the centre of one of the company's highest-priority growth areas. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that partner launches, commercial initiatives, and cross-functional programmes move from plan to delivery with speed and precision.
You will operate at the intersection of commercial, product, finance, and legal, translating signed partner agreements into executable, scalable operational structures.
The right person for this role gets energy from making complex things work: comfortable with ambiguity, decisive with incomplete information, and known for following through. You can zoom out to see the strategic picture and zoom in to fix the process that's slowing a product launch down.
What You'll Be Doing
Once a partner deal is signed, you own getting it live. You run point across product, commercial, and legal during the launch: the one who notices a blocker three weeks before it would otherwise surface and pulls in the right people to resolve it.
You'll also be pulled into the kind of analysis that shapes a decision: sizing a new partner or market opportunity, stress testing a commercial model, or working out why a reporting number doesn't tie out.
And when you notice the same problem getting solved from scratch each time, whether that's a launch checklist that only lives in one person's head or a commercial report rebuilt every quarter, you're the one who turns it into a repeatable process.

Requirements
About You
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in a high-performance environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-scaling technology company.
- Strong project management: proven ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously, with real accountability for outcomes, without dropping the ball.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to support decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to distil complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
- Confident operating with ambiguity, able to define structure where none exists and act without waiting for perfect information.
- A track record of taking full ownership of complex projects and seeing them through to completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
- A natural inclination to systematise: if you see a process that relies on tribal knowledge or heroic effort, your instinct is to document it, improve it, and make it repeatable.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to platform-to-partner commercial models in fintech, telecom, or consumer apps.
- Experience working in or alongside a commercial or go-to-market function.
- Exposure to regulated industries or complex partner ecosystems, where legal and compliance requirements shape how fast something can launch.
