Specialist (m/f/diverse) Finance Business Partner - Product Management

Tasks

  • Performance Management in the Commercial organization through driving a standard operating system and KPIs
  • Responsible for Trade NOPAT Controlling and Reporting
  • Planning & Budgeting/Rolling Forecast (RoFo) on a product level
  • Optimize Revenue Management
  • Pursue philosophy of one set of numbers
  • Analysis of Trade volume and Contribution Yield development
  • Optimize Utilization
  • Drive and validate profit improvement plans and synergies
  • Support implementation of ERP system and support trades with tender processes
  • Liaise and coordinate with Maersk Business Finance and Trade teams
  • Actively participate in the global commercial and finance communities
  • Perform detailed analytics and support management reporting (e.g. month end, book close)
  • Provide insight, influence and impact business decisions
  • Take ownership of commercial and related financial data

Requirements

  • Master degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent
  • Work experience from a similar position within business control, performance management, business development or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of related industry experience is a plus
  • Fluent English in spoken and written
  • Advanced technical skills in Access, Power BI, Power Point & Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to translate financial data into commercial actions
  • Prior experience in a commercial role and in transformation projects is advantageous
  • Proven trusted partnering skills – key parameters are meeting deadlines and accurately display and convey information
  • Ability to influence and drive change across multiple functional units
  • Results oriented, drives issues to closure
  • Possesses strong business knowledge
  • Adaptable and able to keep the bigger picture in focus while navigating through a complex issue
  • Ability to work both independently, as well as and as part of a cross-departmental team where innovative solutions are required
