Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Unterstützung Überwachungshandlungen und Kontrolltätigkeiten, u.a.:
  • Durchführung von standardisierten Überwachungs- und Kontrolltätigkeiten (manuell wie IT-basiert) und deren Dokumentation, insbes. in Bezug auf Know-Your-Customer-Anforderungen
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Erstellung von Dashboards und Reportings
  • Aktualisierung des Überwachungsplans

• Unterstützung bei Projekten und anderen AML/CTF Tätigkeiten, u.a.:
  • Gap-Analysen, Impact Analysen im geldwäscherechtlichen Umfeld
  • Durchführung, Dokumentation und ggf. Weiterentwicklung von AML/CFT Prozessen

Das bringst du mit

• Du belegst aktuell ein Studium mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Rechtswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsrecht, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Du magst (rechtliche) Anforderungen umzusetzen, Prozesse zu entwickeln und zu prüfen
• Du hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und legst Wert auf Genauigkeit und Dokumentationen
• Du magst den Austausch und die Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld
• Idealerweise hast Du erste Berührungspunkte mit den regulatorischen Anforderungen bzgl. Geldwäscheprävention/ Verhinderung von Terrorismusfinanzierung oder strafbarer Handlung oder Einhaltung von Finanzsanktionsvorschriften oder vergleichbaren Governancebereichen (z.B. Compliance, MaRisk, Datenschutz, Informationsicherheit)
