PMO Consultant Corporate IT (f/m/d)

Field of activity

Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group is in charge for Digital Workplace and End User Experience, Voice & Communication, IT for Corporate processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes, as well as Deutsche Börse Group Reference Data.

In your role you will join the Corporate IT team, where you will be working very closely in a trusted relationship with the Head of Corporate IT as well as the Corporate IT Leadership Team. You are the first contact to other key stakeholders outside Corporate IT, and will need to very quickly analyze, structure and prioritize all incoming requests, provide guidance, and work on decision proposals to gain speed in execution. Within Corporate IT, you ensure that we keep track on initiatives, and as a Leadership team are always able to speak one voice to our customers.


This role requires extremely high loyalty, trust, commitment, and the desire to deliver & execute even under pressure. Strong background in managing and analyzing complex and strictly confidential information and being able to translate it into Corporate IT simple and easy to consume deliverables / presentations. You have a high quality expectation with an eagle-eye on details.

  • Manage and execute complex and strictly confidential projects with minimal supervision including tracking metrics, handling complex analyses
  • Develop and evolve the Corporate IT strategy, translate into operational execution work products, and measure implementation success
  • Closely work with the Corporate IT management team (Build-Functions, Operations, Plan & Control) to increase overall performance and delivery
  • Gathering and analysing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations
  • Develop high-scale and high-quality presentations for Executive Boards, customers, and other key stakeholders
  • Prepare internal and external communications and the Corporate IT communication plan in close alignment with the communications team


Qualifications/required skills

  • Master's degree or 1-3 years of work experience after completing bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization up to Board Level
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language(s)
  • Have a strong consulting skillset: hypothesis-led problem solving, framing and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Self-driven and highly committed to delivery, self-reflected
  • Solution oriented, structured working style and approach
  • Proficiency in state of the art IT collaboration tools – MS Office, GitHub, Slack, MS Teams, SharePoint
