The role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in Marketing utilising a spectrum of mar-com activities. Based in Nuveen’s Frankfurt office, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for German, Austrian and Swiss marketing activity, including the creation of marketing collateral ranging from presentations, website pages, and e-marketing newsletters, to invites and company brochures, in addition to channel activity such as event and sponsorship support. The candidate will work closely with the existing UK, Asia Pacific and U.S.-based marketing teams, helping to provide an integrated Germanic mar-comms approach.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Overseeing the creation, maintenance and production of all online and offline marketing materials as required by the German and Austrian teams, ensuring materials are aligned with business strategy and objectives. This includes marketing presentations and brochures, website, email marketing and videos.
• Identifying and implementing brand awareness opportunities for the business including sponsorship, as well as attending and supporting events.
• Gain a thorough understanding of Nuveen’s Germanic real estate business and each of the strategies being sold to Germanic investors (across full suite of asset classes), , providing marketing support as per an agreed marketing plan.
• Translation between German & English materials across all asset classes.
• Management of Nuveen’s Xing social media platform, ensuring appropriate updates and responses are made.
• Website support as required, including the creation of a German site.
• Assist in development of new ideas for communicating thought leadership and business news (such as newsletters, website and social media).
