Our client is looking for an experienced HRIS Manager/Director to oversee the end-end Global Workday Implementation Project from phase 0 to delivery and further. They will be working within a global project team to define strategy and build out a Functional team to assist in the smooth delivery of the project liaising closely with Senior Leadership teams in the US and EMEA.

A well-known Multi-National Retailer deploying a comprehensive Workday HCM and Financial suite including Absence, Compensation, Advance Compensation, Benefits, Financials, Talent and Learning Modules to 62 countries globally and with a population of 62,000 users.

Required

  • Vast HRIS Transformation experience
  • Proven Project Management success
  • 7+ years experience in Workday/HRIS
  • Demonstrated success in leading up and building Project teams through to delivery
  • Align HRIS transformation with Global HR/Business Strategy
  • People Management skills
  • Senior cross border Stakeholder Management experience
  • Proactive approach
  • Change control knowledge
  • Excellent communicator
  • Exposure to a range of modules within Workday Suite

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the project delivery for EMEA region
  • Create and define budget/forecasts
  • Oversee recruitment efforts within EMEA
  • Working closely with global Senior Leadership and Project teams
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope
  • Global Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Manage workload to ensure team members are effectively managed
  • Promote collaboration between global offices
  • Lead change management workstream
  • Willingness to travel when necessary
