Roles and responsibilities:

  • GTB Strategy Development and Implementation
  • Identifying GTB business opportunities in the local market for targeted client segments
  • GTB deals origination and GTB products promotion,
  • To ensure competitive GTB product range in designated
    market,
  • Client Opportunity Planning,
  • Accountability for GTB P&L and BP execution,
  • GTB products cross sell within VTB network,
  • GTB products sales efficiency monitoring and control,
  • New GTB products launch in accordance with market's
    requirements,
  • Work with other Heads of Products & Sales and with key stakeholders at HQ level to ensure connectivity and in identifying opportunities,
  • Maintain working relationships and ensure alignment with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective end to end client / product delivery,
  • Lead complex or sensitive client/product situations,
  • Overall GTB activity management in designated country,
  • Lead and manage GTB team,
  • Ensure full compliance with Global policies and procedures.

​Major requirements and skills:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of banking experience and 7-8 years in GTB segment of major local or international banks,
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial role (with direct reports)
  • Deep knowledge of TF and CMC products and solutions
  • Good Corporate Banking and Credit Risk Management knowledge
  • Excellent leadership skills and team working skills
  • Excellent knowledge of local market and GTB products,
  • Excellent sales skills,
  • Presentation skills,
  • Good analytical skills,
  • Stress Tolerant,
  • Result driven,
  • Banking and Finance, MBA/Bachelor Degree,
  • Languages - English; German, Russian is preferable.
