Field of activity

HR Rewards, Regulation & Frameworks is responsible for group wide HR topics such as Compensation & Benefits, Regulatory requirements and HR Frameworks. The area of Frameworks deals with the coordination and implementation of the HR Framework of Deutsche Börse Group, i.e. Human Resources Policies and Guidelines, support of HR group wide programs & HR processes and the coordination of staff representative topics. Thereby the compliance with the regulatory requirements has to be ensured.

Tasks / responsibilities

  • Drive global and local HR framework topics and HR locations specific topics for the location Germany
  • Support group wide HR programmes (e.g. Job Life Family)
  • Coordinate and drive topics in relation to staff representatives bodies, e.g. works council
  • Design and conduct group wide HR policies and coordinate local HR policies
  • Work on international projects on Human Resources topics
  • Provide guidance for employees and managers
  • Ensure regulatory requirements and liaise with internal and external audit as well as consultants

Qualifications/required skills

  • Degree in Business Administration, Law or Social Sciences or similar
  • Experience in a similar role and with an international scope
  • Experience with conceptual development of new products and processes
  • Knowledge of process and framework design
  • Solid skills of MS Office applications (PowerPoint etc.)
  • Able to work in a team, in an autonomous and precise way
  • Fluent in English. German is considered as an asset
