Field of activity

Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group is in charge of end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes, as well as Deutsche Börse Group's Reference Data Platform. We also develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom which are the core of sharing and measuring our group's success.

As a Contract and License Manager you will be responsible for concluding and structuring new contracts and independently take over the support of contract contents and processes. You will focus on the entire communication and coordination with our service providers and internal customers. Furthermore, you will act as an interface between internal departments and external service providers. The development and support of license management are among your main tasks. You are dedicated to your team and your team's success, live our DBG Corporate and IT values, and strive to take ownership. Personal motivated egos are not embraced.   • First point of contact for contracts within Corporate IT, support the whole contract lifecycle of any vendor or intercompany contract including alignment with stakeholders and presentations to speed-up the process
  • Coordination of the necessary reconciliations for the preparation and review of contracts
  • Analysis, contract controlling and (KPI) reporting
  • Constant improvement of processes through your experience
  • Responsibility for the procurement of consulting services, software licenses, maintenance extensions, hardware and the enhancement of process workflows
  • Development and support of license management
  • Responsible contact and support for the enterprise application inventory


Qualifications/required skills

  • Ability to independently prioritise
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to work to tight deadlines
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently, efficiently and target oriented
  • Knowledge of SAP R/3, SAP SRM, Ariba
  • Experience with contracts, ideally with SAP CLM
  • Reliability, resilience as well as a professional, friendly and confident appearance
  • Good communication skills, organizational talent, quick comprehension and flexibility
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
